You vote by downloading the Kajabi app and logging in using the same details as you used to sign up to the book club. The poll is in the community area and usually runs from the 12th - 19th of each month.

Usually this happens if you've had a failed payment (due to things like insufficient funds or a debit / credit card update). The simple remedy is to 'unfollow' the private podcast and then reset it up using the video tutorial above. If you try this and it still doesn't work - please use the details at the bottom of the support page to contact us.
